About the workshop

Try out the card game

In the workshop, we jointly explore how the card game works as a discussion format: Which topics are relevant? What sparks conversations? No prior knowledge is required.

Bring your own experience

The game thrives on the participants’ perspectives. Your concrete experiences from everyday IT work are the core of the workshop – no lectures, no right or wrong.

Contribute to research

The workshop is part of a study at the University of Bamberg. We investigate how the card game works in practice – your participation helps us develop the format further.

About the ForDaySec card game

The card game contains 52 cards on IT security and data protection – from passwords and backups to access rights and privacy deficiencies. It was developed as part of ForDaySec subproject B04 at the University of Bamberg to support software developers and operators in implementing data protection in a low-threshold way.
